MST Development Corporation represents a landmark collaboration between the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh Nations, who together steward more than 160 acres of developable land across Metro Vancouver. Formed to oversee these shared properties, the corporation reflects a long tradition of cooperation among the three Nations and supports a vision of economic growth that benefits members today and into the future. The portfolio includes a collection of significant sites such as the Jericho Lands, Heather Street Lands, Marine Drive Lands, and Willingdon Lands many co-owned with partners including the Canada Lands Company and Aquilini Investment Group. Each property carries cultural and historical importance, offering opportunities to shape sustainable neighbourhoods rooted in the Nations’ values. Through this work, MST Development Corporation helps expand economic pathways, create employment, and strengthen community well-being while planning land use in a way that honours past and future generations.
