Rising on the historic site of Honest Ed’s at Bloor and Bathurst, Mirvish Village is one of Toronto’s most significant city-building projects. This new 100% purpose-built rental community builds on a legacy of creativity, inclusivity, and cultural vibrancy that has defined the neighbourhood for generations.
Designed by Henriquez Partners Architects with Westbank, the community will feature restored heritage buildings, micro-retail spaces, restaurants, and cultural venues woven into a lively public realm. At its heart is The Kitchen a food hall and music venue alongside a new public park, pedestrian-friendly streetscapes, and public art installations.
Sustainability is a cornerstone of the project, with a neighbourhood energy system that reduces energy use by more than 30% compared to typical developments. With its blend of housing, culture, and gathering spaces, Mirvish Village is set to become a vibrant hub that both honours Toronto’s past and looks to its future.
