Trove Wellbeing opened on Adelaide Street West in April 2024, born from the shared vision of Tanya Kololian and Zoë Paliare. After careers in law and real estate, the founders pursued a wellness model they could believe in, one rooted in their own experiences of burnout and framed by a desire for elegant, effortless self-care.
Entering Trove, you move through a soft glow of walnut, cedar, and limestone. The reception area welcomes without formality. No desk or line, just cozy seats, gentle incense, and subtle lighting that invites deep breaths.
The 5,000-square-foot layout unfolds with clarity and calm. Solo journeys include a salt cave, infrared sauna with cold plunge, red light therapy, and compression treatments. Every service, from IV drips and vitamin boosts to massages, acupuncture, breathwork, and hypnotherapy is available a la carte or woven into curated retreats.
Trove offers more than treatments. Its IV lounge centers on a glowing firepit; nearby, cozy nooks encourage journaling or quiet regrouping between sessions. A soft retail corner includes local wellness products and teas to carry that restorative energy home.
Trove introduced something new to the city. A place where high performers and everyday wanderers alike discover that wellness can be intentional, uncomplicated, and deeply grounding. It stands as a quietly confident retreat in the midst of downtown’s rush.
