Located at 486 Front Street West, Sweat and Tonic at The Well offers a complete wellness experience that combines boutique fitness, recovery services, and social spaces under one roof. This 25,000-square-foot facility is among Toronto’s largest, designed to support movement, mindfulness, and community in equal measure.
The fitness program includes a variety of classes such as yoga, Pilates, high-intensity interval training, and indoor cycling. Led by experienced local instructors, each class is supported by high-quality equipment and adaptable studio spaces. The club also features REFORMD, a dedicated Lagree Method studio with 30 Megaformer machines, dynamic lighting, and an elevated instructor platform that ensures visibility and effective guidance.
